So Phy Sci grades came out. I didn’t fulfill my “Grade Goal” for the quarter, so obviously I am little disappointed. So as my UCC Fall 2011 Retreat Music plays, I’m examining the various professors in UCLA’s Cardiovascular Research department. I really love it how I can actually understand what in the world their research is about.
Maybe it’s a sign that I’m ready to be proactive and pursue research again?
Seriously, why didn’t I bother to study my MCAT books while taking my Phy Sci 107 class. It really would have made review really fun. At least all this Nervous System review in this MCAT book is kiddy stuff compared to what I learned in 107.

Finals Moment #11: More Perspective
Today is the 70th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attacks.
It’s still hard for me to fathom that the 100 year anniversary of World War I will be in only 2 more years (when 2012 begins).
And here I am sitting in my apartment studying for finals. Hopefully my education will allow for me to do something even more substantial in life and make a bigger impact on the world.
